Terms and Conditions

 

Reservations

Bookings more than fourteen (14) days before arrival

A valid credit / debit card is required to guarantee the booking.

Full booking balance will be processed within fourteen (14) days before arrival; this will be taken from the card validated with booking.

If the booking is cancelled less than and including fourteen (14) days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Bookings less than or equal to fourteen (14) days before arrival

The total cost of the booking is required, this booking is non-refundable

 

Refunds

Any refund due will be paid back only to the credit/debit card used to make the booking.

 

Payment Types

All major credit / debit cards accepted - no charge

 

Arrival and Departure

Rooms are available from 15:00, although earlier arrival may be possible with our agreement. Please inform us of your arrival time, if possible.  Check-in must be made by 20:00. Check-out on day of departure is by 10:30. On the day of departure luggage may be left with us at our discretion, however, we cannot be held responsible for any loss of, or damage, to your luggage. A later check-out may be possible subject to availability at an additional charge.

 

Changes to / Termination of Booking

We reserve the right to amend or terminate any booking should the conduct of any person who is party to that booking cause any detriment to the well-being or comfort of ourselves (the proprietors) or of other guests, or who causes damage to the hotel and its fixtures and fittings. Any damage or costs that occur because of such behaviour will be recovered from the lead guest, who agrees that such payments may be taken direct from the credit / debit card supplied to pay for the booking, without any further permission being required. This includes any legal expenses incurred by the proprietors as a result of a guest’s actions.

 

Hotel Property

Please check the condition of your room(s) on arrival. If you notice any damage or missing items in your room please inform us immediately. We reserve the right to charge you for the full cost of repairing or replacing any loss or damage that you or your party cause to The Seacroft property during your stay. The credit or debit card of the person who made the booking will be charged accordingly. Lost or mislaid keys will be charged at £75 per set.

 

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted ANYWHERE inside the property. Anyone found smoking will be asked to leave and the lead guest will be charged £50.  This is for additional cleaning of the soft furnishings and to allow the smell to dissipate before we can re-let the room.

10% off stays of 3 nights or more

  • Book 3 nights or more and get 10% discount from midweek nights (Sun - Thur)
  • Offer not available on bank holidays and for certain events throughout the year 
  • 10% discount will be applied to the cost as advertised with online travel agents eg. Booking.com
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
  • Offer only available to online direct bookings 

Book again before you leave 

15% off when booking during your current stay

  • Offer only available whilst you are booked in on your current stay
  • 15% discount will be applied to the cost as advertised with online travel agents eg. Booking.com 
  • Non refundable payment must be made in full at time of booking with no cancellation or amendments 
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

The Seacroft Guest House reserves the right to amend or cancel any promotion at any time.

 

Further Conditions

No pets are permitted on the premises

All guests must be 14 or over, guests aged 14-17 must be accompanied by an adult and have their own bed.

No stag or hen parties

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises
