Bookings more than fourteen (14) days before arrival
A valid credit / debit card is required to guarantee the booking.
Full booking balance will be processed within fourteen (14) days before arrival; this will be taken from the card validated with booking.
If the booking is cancelled less than and including fourteen (14) days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Bookings less than or equal to fourteen (14) days before arrival
The total cost of the booking is required, this booking is non-refundable


Any refund due will be paid back only to the credit/debit card used to make the booking.

Arrival and Departure

Rooms are available from 15:00, although earlier arrival may be possible with our agreement. Please inform us of your arrival time, if possible. Check-in must be made by 20:00. Check-out on day of departure is by 10:30. On the day of departure luggage may be left with us at our discretion, however, we cannot be held responsible for any loss of, or damage, to your luggage. A later check-out may be possible subject to availability at an additional charge.

Changes to / Termination of Booking

We reserve the right to amend or terminate any booking should the conduct of any person who is party to that booking cause any detriment to the well-being or comfort of ourselves (the proprietors) or of other guests, or who causes damage to the hotel and its fixtures and fittings. Any damage or costs that occur because of such behaviour will be recovered from the lead guest, who agrees that such payments may be taken direct from the credit / debit card supplied to pay for the booking, without any further permission being required. This includes any legal expenses incurred by the proprietors as a result of a guest’s actions.

Hotel Property

Please check the condition of your room(s) on arrival. If you notice any damage or missing items in your room please inform us immediately. We reserve the right to charge you for the full cost of repairing or replacing any loss or damage that you or your party cause to The Seacroft property during your stay. The credit or debit card of the person who made the booking will be charged accordingly. Lost or mislaid keys will be charged at £75 per set.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted ANYWHERE inside the property. Anyone found smoking will be asked to leave and the lead guest will be charged £50. This is for additional cleaning of the soft furnishings and to allow the smell to dissipate before we can re-let the room.

Further Conditions

No pets are permitted on the premises
All guests must be 18 or over.
No stag or hen parties OR groups of over 6 persons.
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
